In September 2015 the United Nations announced their sustainable development goals for 2030: 17 topics comprehending 167 targets which will allow us to keep our world livable for the 8.5 billion people who will, by then, walk the globe.  On top of that we are confronted with technology which turns our economy disruptively upside-down.

Until today there is a big gap between the world of designers, contractors and facility managers. We experiment with DBFM and BIM hoping to improve the collaboration but practical guidelines are often missing. So we remain stuck in our old way of working.

IFMA, Ghent University and BouwData.net join hands to cross bridges by organizing this event
